NEW Consulting Service: Cognitive Demands Description (CDD)

This new service will support your business’ goal to return employees to work and/or provide some accommodations.

What is a CDD? It’s a review of the specific cognitive, emotional, and psychological skills required to perform the essential job duties of a given position.

Historically physical demands descriptions (PDD) listed basic cognitive demands; however, with a greater appreciation for accommodating medical restrictions concerning mental health, a CDD will describe cognitive tasks demands such as: degree of self-supervision required, time pressures and decision making.
