Electronic Notices of Meetings

In an effort to further its commitment to environmental sustainability and to reduce its significant printing and mailing costs, WSPS intends to take steps to eliminate paper notices of Member's meetings and to provide notices to its Members only electronically.

As approved by Members at the Annual Meeting of Members held on September 15, 2023, WSPS intends to make an application to the Court for an order to permit this new process. This will allow WSPS to provide notices of meetings to Members in such alternative manner and/or in such other manner permitted by the Court. If the Court application is not successful, WSPS will continue to provide notices by mail or electronically (if Members have provided their email addresses). Members may continue to waive notices of meetings of members.
